Why I started 'From the Hardt'...
Have you ever searched for the perfect invitation but once you found some options you liked you thought, "That would be perfect...if only...."? Well so have I, so I wanted to create a site where you can be involved as little or as much as you like.
Being a textile design graduate from NC State University, I have had many years of experience designing new styles and patterns for the Home Fashions industry. I knew that my background and experience could certainly be translated from textiles to paper, so I started creating invitations that I felt would be different and unique from what is out there now. By having all original designs, I am able to change any and everything about an invitation, and really give the customer exactly what they want! Adding that personal touch to an invitation really sets 'From the Hardt' apart from the rest!
Thumbprints by Charlotte is an exclusive line of children’s stationery created from the thumbprint of a child….mine! Miss Charlotte Ryan was born in May of 2009 and I wanted to create stationery and thank you notes especially for her. After rave reviews from family and friends who received her
thumbprint Valentine card. I knew this could be a design that everyone would love for their children.
There are not many stationery lines out there for children that are elegant and chic. So I decided to expand the Valentine design to entire collection for all occasions including birthdays, holidays, and personalized cards.
